From the beginning, she was proactive and caring and took care of every detail -- including making a site visit on her own and identifying excellent vendors to work with. She negotiated fair and reasonable prices with the vendors and managed communication with them seamlessly on our behalf. She was highly responsive throughout the process and made it easy for us to show up the day of our event knowing that everything would be handled in a professional, calm, respectful and detail-oriented way. And she was also unflappable as we made some minor tweaks onsite the day of our event!
